Metso Minerals Aftermarket Services Roller Mill Improvements eng.

The existing oil bath lubricating method provides no filtering and the high oil temperature reduces the oil viscosity. Contaminated low viscosity oil reduces life of the roller bearings. The Recirculating Lubrication System filters the oil to proper cleanliness level and cools the oil to maintain adequate viscosity. The benefit is increased life on your roller bearings. The system consists of a set of supply and return pumps for each roller and an oil conditioning circuit.

Installation time is fast and simple. This mill is assembled and mounted on a steel frame in our factory before shipment. The SRR mill is mounted to any floor with the necessary load-bearing capacity. The costs for foundations, foundation design, and mill installation costs must be taken into consideration when comparing the SRR with a trunnion bearing type mill. When comparing these two type mills, the SRR Mill will provide the lowest total installed cost.
